Acknowledging the varied needs of our website users, MJA Regulatory Consulting, LLC is committed to providing and maintaining a highly accessible and easily navigable website that is available to the broadest possible audience. To fulfill the goal of an inclusive website, our website content and design were developed using the World Wide Web Consortium’s (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). These guidelines outline how to make website content accessible to individuals with disabilities such as visual impairments, cognitive disabilities, motor impairments, and/or other conditions that can make website navigation more challenging. By following the accessibility guidelines set out by WCAG, we aim to make our website inclusive to every user.

WCAG guidelines are categorized into three levels of conformance to meet the needs of different groups and different situations: Level A (lowest), Level AA (mid-range), and Level AAA (highest). Conformance at higher levels indicates conformance at lower levels. For example, by conforming to AA, a Web page meets both the A and AA conformance levels. Level A sets a minimum level of accessibility and does not achieve broad accessibility for many situations. WCAG Level AA standards are midrange and widely considered legally acceptable. WCAG does not recommend that Level AAA conformance be required as a general policy for entire sites because it is not possible to satisfy all Level AAA success criteria for some content.

Our website is fully conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA and the13 guidelines and 26 success criteria it encompasses. Fully conformant means that the content fully is compliant with the accessibility standard without any exceptions. Additionally, our website is evaluated using the Section 508 standards (Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (29 U.S.C. 794d), as amended in 1998).
