We treat all data as confidential. Any information that is collected or stored in our systems is safeguarded with consistent and specific protection measures, such as encryption, password protection, and NIST Clear for deletion processes.
We use secure connection technologies when receiving or sending personal information beyond internal networks. Email messages are encrypted at rest and while in transit between data centers. Messages transiting to third-party providers are encrypted with Transport Layer Security when possible or required by configuration.
We use security measures designed to protect against the loss of and unauthorized access to data stored by our system. We also inform our affiliates about this policy and the permitted use of data on our system. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations.
For website security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available to all users, website security is fully managed from threat prevention to real-time detection and rapid response. Data in transit encryption uses HTTPS, TLS 1.2+ and automatic SSL, while data at rest uses AES-256—the strongest encryption standard commercially available. To decrease security risks, we do not provide fillable contact forms, questionnaires/ surveys, nor any type of manual submission of personal information on our website. Additionally, there are no payment methods available, products to buy, nor account log-in /password capabilities on our website.

All private information that is in hard copy form is locked, secured, and not accessible to any unauthorized individuals. Only documents that are actively being used for the purpose of completing a business task are maintained and are promptly shredded after completion of such tasks. No photocopies, photographs or scanning of confidential documents is permitted by any personnel without the client’s explicit and advance consent.
We adhere to comprehensive security policies and procedures; all privacy safeguard processes are periodically reviewed for effectiveness and are updated as needed.
If a client’s personally identifiable information must be shared to third-party individuals (such as contractors, service providers/vendors, or business affiliates) to provide the services that they have requested, we obtain the client’s authorization in advance and require the receiver of information to sign a confidentiality agreement.
We utilize data anonymization processes to safeguard private information by removing or encrypting identifiers that link individuals to stored data including pseudonymization, redacting, and data masking.

Data storage encryption measures are implemented using robust algorithms (such as the Advanced Encryption Standard, AES).
All encryption keys are maintained separate and secure and are updated regularly.

Retention Periods

Disposal Processes

We respect and comply with all individual’s requests for erasure (the right to be forgotten). If you no longer want personal information in our systems, we have data erasure processes that are promptly carried out to ensure all your data is removed in its entirety.

Our disposal of client data includes the following methods:

Typed or printed hardcopy (papers) documents are disposed of through the shredding method according to the DIN 66399 standard P-4 (Commercially sensitive information) security level.
All client data is stored on a non-network hard drive. Upon completion of the client's contract, electronic data will be erased utilizing the NIST 800-88 Clear method.

Please note, documents that are involved in a lawsuit or an official investigation may be prohibited from being disposed of until the relevant litigation hold, or investigation is completed. The disposal of the documents may begin once the lawful governing entity lifts the relevant litigation or investigative hold.

Personal Information Sharing and Usage

We do not sell or rent personally identifiable information (your name, address, phone number, and email address) to unaffiliated third parties for their promotional use without your advance permission. You understand we may collect and/or provide your individual personal information to others in the following situations:
